NEW PRICES AND ANALYSIS ORDER FORM
The new analysis prices are effective for samples received after September 1, 2011.  The updated service prices have been posted to our website. An updated Analysis Order Form (AOF) is also available online. Please use the newest version of the AOF to avoid mistakes with your order.

A REMINDER FOR PAYMENTS BY WIRE TRANSFER (EFT)
Please remember to pay any wire transfer/bank fees in addition to your balance due. If your payment arrives short due to bank fees, we will charge these fees back to you on your next invoice. Bank fees can be avoided by paying your invoice by check or credit card.

 

 

THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
The UC Davis campus will be closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday, November 24-25, 2011. Mail delivery will resume November 28th. Please do not ship any perishable samples until after November 28th. The SIF will be running with limited staff during the holiday; e-mail, data, and invoice delivery will resume November 28th.

 

 

WINTER BREAK SCHEDULE
The UC Davis campus will be closed for the Winter Break, December 23 – January 2, 2012. Mail delivery will resume January 3, 2012. Please do not ship any perishable samples during this time. We recommend shipping time sensitive material to arrive no later than December 20th to allow for any customs or USDA clearance.

 

The SIF will be running with limited staff during the winter break. E-mail, data, and invoice delivery may be delayed by one week. Due to the administrative close, check or EFT payable invoices cannot be delivered during the break. The last day to request a check or EFT payable invoice is December 21, 2011. Credit Card payable invoices will be available during the break. Send your invoice requests to Emily.
